6. What can an applicant do if the fee demanded is unreasonable?
If the applicant is aggrieved with the fee demanded, an appeal may be filed to first appellate authority. An applicant can approach the Information Commission if:
a) the fee prescribed under sections 6(1), 7(1) and 7(5) is not reasonable, and
b) if any fee shall be charged from the persons who are of below poverty line.
