One cannot get his / her marks re-evaluated through RTI application
Ref: I need to know the normalization process used in CAT
Comment: You can make an RTI application addressed to the IIM which has organised the CAT along with the requisite fee asking them "about the detailed evaluation process".
You can also ask "has any student getting zero score got a percentile 56" and "if yes, please provide the procedure to arrive at such a percentile".
Please remember that you cannot get your marks re-evaluated through RTI application. Through RTI application, you'd be getting information which will clear your doubt about the procedure.
