Any personal information especially service record of an employee, should not be disclosed

Comment: It is justified that any personal information especially service record of an employee should not be disclosed by any public Authority under RTI Act, 2005. In fact, such information generally demanded by any individual/ information seeker/employee of same organisation, department for unnecessary harassment, may be to take revenge etc. I being a good citizen of India appreciate the judgment passed by Hon'ble justice Vasanti Naik.
