The state government has no power to make such rule under section 27 of the Act

Comment: How is it possible without amending the section 6 of RTI Act and the state government has no power to make such rule under section 27 of the Act.

Such rule is ultra vires of the Act. here subject relates to information about properties. petitioner can be put into hardship dissuading him from exercising the valuable right. Better such information be posted on the concerned web site or information be provided in hard disc or other convenient means including E-mail etc.
