Order of SIC, Telangana remains disobeyed almost one year after issue

Comment: 

Although the guidelines are emphatic, people continue to suffer.

My appeal for simple info under the RTI Act, 2005 stood refused under the pretext, revealing truth is prejudicial by an official at CCLA, Hyderabad.

I contested before the SIC, Telangana, who after due procedure over one full year passed orders for providing info within 15 days on 3.4.2019, in Appeal ref. No. 4678/CIC/2018.

The orders remain disobeyed until date. The CIC is neither in favor of penalizing the officials nor attends to my appeal. Resultant, the RTI Act legislated by the Indian Parliament is just an unproductive ornament.
