The appellant has sought the following information:
1. PMO orders dated 28/07/2016 in respect of appellant’s complaint registered vide PMO PG/D/2016/0174507 have not been complied with. He wants to know when these orders will be implemented, provide the date.
2. Details of officers who are responsible for the delay.
3. What action has been taken by the UGC on his petition given by PMO which was forwarded by MHRD to UGC for appropriate action vide reference No. F13/16/2016-U3(A) vol.V dated 12th September 2016.

Grounds for Second Appeal
The CPIO did not provide the desired information.
Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing:
The Appellant has not availed of the opportunity to plead his case despite duly served notice on 02.11.2019 vide speed post acknowledgment no. ED365235238IN. The CPIO submitted that an appropriate reply was provided vide letter dated 06.02.2018.
Observations:
Based on a perusal of the record, it is noted that the CPIO should provide a revised point wise reply in respect of points no. 3, 4 and 5 of the RTI application.
Decision:
In view of the above, the CPIO is directed to provide a point wise reply in respect of points no. 3,4 and 5 of the RTI application within 15 days of the receipt of this order .
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
