Tracking the missing exercise equipment at a gym

Background

The appellant sought copies of bills of details of exercise equipment of a gym, source of fund used to buy them, their current whereabouts etc.. The PIO stated as the RTI does not pertain to Health Department, Shahdara, North Zone and therefore RTI application has been transferred to AC/ Shahdara, North Zone. On appeal, the FAA disposed off the appeal directing the PIO to provide the information asked by the appellant.

The appellant was informed by the Community Service Department that it had taken over the Gym from the Education Department in 2003 along with the exercise equipment. The appellant stated that presently there are no exercise equipment and he wanted to know when and how the exercise equipment were disposed. The Commission directed the PIO of Community Service Department to provide the information about the disposal of the exercise equipment at the Gym along with the documents evidencing this.
