Your study has brought about dramatic figures in open and it would be nice to learn of the statistical figure of SIC which is likely to be worse. There has been no study in respect of SIC and even regarding CIC, your study is a pioneering one. Three cheers for your critical examination which surely would aid to a better understanding of the implementation of the RTI Act in the country.
