RTI reply- not a single case disposed in one year

Mr. Pradeep Shukla, a senior IAS officer and an accused in NRHM scam, was arrested in but later got bail and joined the Revenue Board, UP. An application was filed under the Right to Information (RTI) Act asking for the details of his duty in the capacity of a member of the Revenue Board.
The reply to the RTI application shows that between his joining the Revenue Board in April 2011 to March 2012, he had not disposed even a single revenue-related case. Also, the number of cases heard by him was far lesser than his colleagues. For example, in May 2011 hearing of only 2 cases took place out of 159 cases listed for him whereas other member heard more than 100 cases each.
