The queries raised in the appeals are nothing but rehash of those raised in his earlier appeals - appellant not present during hearing - filing of numerous appeals by the appellant is nothing but abuse of process of law – dismissed.
1 Aug, 2013Facts
Heard today dated 25.4.2013.
Appellant not present.
The Plant is represented by Shri Amit Jaiswal, Branch Manager.
2. He submits that the appellant is habitual of filing RTI applications and the appeals arising there from have been disposed of by this Commission from time to time. It is his contention that in the appeals in question, the appellant has not raised any new issues. The queries raised in these appeals are nothing but rehash of those raised in his earlier appeals. He has drawn my attention to this Commission decision dated 1.6.2011 in Rama Krishna vs. VISL, Bhadravati (File No. CIC/MS/A/2009/000392/ LS & 9 ors.); decision dated 24.9.2012 in Rama Krishna vs. SAIL (File No. CIC/LS/A/2012/001315) and decision dated 5.11.2012 in Rama Krishna vs. SAIL (File No. CIC/LS/A/2012/001965 & 1966) and contends that these appeals may be dismissed off-hand.
3. The aforesaid orders are perused. Suffice to say that filing of numerous appeals by the appellant is nothing but abuse of process of law. The appeals merit summary dismissal. Dismissed.
