Postal stamps should be considered for payment of initial RTI fees and additional fee

Sir/Madam

Please make sure postal stamps should be considered for initial RTI fees and for payment of additional fee also because all post offices of the country do not sell IPO (such as Branch Offices have not authorized for to sell IPO but cover a large part of area). If sale of postal stamps is allowed, it would prove its benefit to citizens of our country and the RTI Act would be available to all citizens at their door steps and sale would also increase for India Post.
