Comment:
Information Commission should not only impose penalty but asked to provide information as per RTI Act within one week. It is a duty of the CIC to provide information from the respondent to appellant & to order the public authority to provide compensation as per Sec.19(8)(b) of the RTI Act. Relaxation to CPIO & public authority should not be granted and delay should not be condoned.
