Comment: India's track record on the implementations of UNO Conventions to which the Parliament is the signatory and ratified them is very poor. Mission Hindustan intends to file a comprehensive grievance with the UNO for taking suitable motion against India for violating the conventions signed and ratified.
With special reference to attacks upon the RTI/ Whistle Blower Activist and Witness Protection Mechanism - Like Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2011, there are dozens of legislations passed by the Parliament have not come into force for the deliberate apathy of the Government.
