Denying the case information to the employee after filing of charge sheet is not correct

Comment: Respected Sir, I have studied the above case carefully, denying the copy requested by the alleged employee is not at all correct. The written statements, and etc., cannot be, should not be, will not be modified by the alleged officer, because the officers have written. In these circumstances, why the information requested by him not given. This is a complete violation of Natural Justice and also denying the case information to the alleged employee is not correct. He cannot change a single word or line of the information. In this condition why the information requested by him is partly rejected is not understood.
This is purely my opinion.
