Bidding process seen in NIC portal should not be shown to competing bidders

Comment:
Many bidders just try to sneak into details through Purchase Orders which are having Login and password. I agree that the Information as in this case is third party information and should be disallowed by PIO. These are not public information and can be used by competitors in commercial way.
Even the bidding process should not show these orders as presently seen in NIC portal by competing bidders as it defeats the purpose of tendering on technical opening. The bids should be visible only to opener and not others. Evaluation can be presented after approval.
