Asking for information regarding complaints by female colleagues against himself

One government employee is asking information regarding complaints against him by his female colleagues, is it necessary to give him information about complaints where Investigation is in process under RTI Act 2005?

Disclsoure of information in such cases is likely to impede the investigation under progress. Please examine in the light of section 8(1)(h) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, there shall be no obligation to give any citizen, information which would impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders; Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, there shall be no obligation to give any citizen, information which would impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders; and also whether disclosure might affect the physical safety of the individual.
