FACTS
The Appellant vide his RTI application sought information on 09 points, as under:-
The SPIO, Labour Department, vide letter dated 06.05.2022 furnished a reply to the Appellant. Dissatisfied with the reply received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal. The order of the FAA, if any, is not on the record of the Commission. Thereafter, the Appellant filed a Second Appeal before the Commission.

The Appellant while reiterating the contents of the RTI Application submitted that partial information has been furnished to him. He said that point no 1,2,7,8 and 9 of the RTI Application are still unanswered. The Respondent handed over reply on point no 5 & 6 during the hearing and assured to furnish the remaining information.
DECISION:
Keeping in view the facts of the case and the submissions made by both the parties, the Commission directs the CPIO to search, collect and furnish correct information on point no 1,2,7,8 & 9 of the RTI application, to the Appellant, strictly in accordance with the spirit of transparency and accountability as enshrined in the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order under the intimation to the Commission. The Respondent may redact the personal details of the third parties.
The Appeal stands disposed accordingly.
