The appellant through his RTI application has sought the information related to Sh. Ghanshyam Taank Mail Man. Applicant wants to know the time when Sh. Ghanshyam became unhealthy and when did he reached the hospital, when he got expired. Provide the details of the report regarding Sh. Ghanshyam in DR and ER. How much OTA was given to Sh. Ghanshyam for the period 01/11/2012 to 30/11/2012? Also provide the copy of the attendance register of the branch where Sh. Ghanshyam was working during the period 01/11/2012 to 30/11/2012. Provide the copy of absent report and the total number of working hours of Sh. Ghanshyam during the period 01/11/2012 to 30/11/2012 and various other related information.
Grounds for the Second Appeal: The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

The CPIO stated that he will provide the information.
