Comment: It cannot be doubted that in India there are various illustrations wherefrom it appears that different people are governed by different laws and procedures. The present incident of allegation of rape of lady lawyer against the retired SC judge is astonishing. Even police have no courage to lodge the FIR against him in this context, which is contrary to the abovementioned directions of the Court. The judges have only protection even to the retired judges in case of official discharge of duty but not in case of criminal act committed apart from the official discharge of duty. Even the court is hesitant in taking action against the big people. What about Narayan Dutt Tiwari who had been committing perpetual criminal acts but no action as he a congressman and above the law. No warrant is executed against the big people.
Even in case against the big people the applicant is reprimanded by the court and the wrong doers are appreciated and protected. If you are big, you are above law.
