Should Information Commissioner Shri Basant Seth recall the order?
25 Nov, 2013Ref: Information relating to a complaint against a postman denied as third party had objected to disclosure - Appellant contested the claim of PIO - CIC: in case the appellant produces a ‘no objection’ from the concerned employee, information to be furnished http://www.rtifoundationofindia.com/information-relating-complaint-against-postman-den
Comment: the Order passed in FIle No. CIC/BS/A/2012/000974/3315 should be recalled by the Information Commissioner Shri Basant Seth as the information sought for pertains to my personal information more particularly related to my savings postal accounts and SHOULD NOT be shared with any body specially when the applicant who is seeking the said information is already convicted by the orders dated 18.01.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Sessions court at Thane in Criminal Appeal 107/2011 upon an original complaint filed by me for offences punishable u/s 354 and 509 of IPC and the applicant Mr. Ajit Hariram Lakhani has been found guilty by the Hon'ble Court for the said offenses. it appears that the Hon'ble Information commissioner in a hurry to dispose off the matter has compromised on the privacy of a single woman and without hearing me (inspite of he being obliged to hear me under the law) has ignored and passed orders in utter breach of principles of natural justice and has caused immense pain and mental agony to me....the Order is bad in law and deserves to be RECALLED in the interest of justice
Hoping to get some justice at least now
