The reply to the application mentions that there are only 47 public urinal blocks in Pimpri Chinchwad for women when the population of women in the city is around 9 lakhs and the mayor of the city is a woman herself.

Chairperson of the women and child welfare committee, PCMC has also reiterated that the rotary clubs around the city will be provided land by the municipal corporation to construct toilets at five busy locations of the city and these toilets will be operated on pay and use basis.
