RTI bribe - Anti corruption bureau catches ACTO taking bribe

An application was filed with Nellore Circle-II Assistant Commercial Tax Officer (ACTO) under the Right to Information (RTI) Act seeking to get information about the tax payments of a medical agency owner.
However, the ACTO, in lieu of providing the information, contacted the agency owner and demanded a bribe of Rs. 20,000 to give positive report about him to his rivals and RTI applicants. After bargain the deal was struck at Rs. 10,000. But the medical agency owner approached that Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) telling them about the incident after which the ACB laid a trap to catch the ACTO red handed.
The ACTO, ignorant of the events, fell in the trap and was caught red handed taking a bribe of Rs. 10,000.
