RTI application seeking information related to the Internal Sewerage System
The appellant sought information related to the completion and working of the internal sewerage system in a village including the public notice issued in this connection. He also wanted to know the outstanding amount against a particular connection. The Public Information Officer (PIO) did not reply to the application. The First Appellate Authority (FAA) directed the PIO to provide the information to the appellant. He also informed the appellant that the website of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has information on water charge on the Home page.
