The appellant stated that the CPIO has not given any reply to his RTI application dated 21/10/2013 and the FAA instead of deciding his 1st appeal has made allegations against him. The CPIO informed that in response to the appellant’s earlier RTI application a detailed reply was given vide letter dated 05/08/2013 and his brother’s claim has also been settled. He, however, accepted that no reply was given to the appellant’s RTI application and regretted for the lapse.
