The appellant had sought information regarding copy of rules or order under which running staffs are working in non-running post, information in regard to number of running staff working in lower grade non running post or lower post was also sought.

During the hearing the respondent CPIO submitted that they had provided the requisite reply vide their letters dated 22.05.2015, 27.05.2015 and 03.06.2015 in connection with the RTI application dated 14.05.2015. The appellant submitted that he was satisfied with the said reply except on point no. 5. Later on, he submitted that after the receipt of the CIC notice, he received the reply on point no. 5 in March, 2017 but for this delay, he had undergone some suffering. The respondent CPIO stated that the same record was not available at Bilaspur but it was available at Raipur division. The respondent CPIO, Raipur had not transferred the said point as mentioned in the above stated RTI application u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act to Bilaspur Branch and hence he was unable to reply within the stipulated time. The respondent CPIO, Raipur is advised to be more careful while dealing with RTI matters in future.
Since the information provided now is just and proper and moreover as the appellant received all the requested information, nothing much remains in this case.
With the above direction and observation, the appeal is disposed of.
