New bye-law no. 170(a) of the model bye-law has not been thoroughly looked at
Ref: New model bye-laws are being adopted by thousands of co-operative housing societies
Comment: I feel that the new bye-law no. 170(a) has not been thoroughly looked at. When you mean that keeping a shoe rack, flower pot, etc. outside the house is strictly prohibited as per the bye-laws, it does not make any sense. The law should have been; “Any alteration to the structural changes outside the door or staircase causing obstruction to the regular moment of human beings in the event of any disaster (viz. Fire or any emergency evacuation) is strictly prohibited. Placing any movable item like shoe rack, floor pots, etc. can be permitted outside the width of the main door, which does not cause any obstruction to the movement of human beings.
This bye-law no. 170(a) should be amended immediately, as all Indians keep their shoes outside the main door of the house due to negative energy.
