Comment: This is wrong order as the Hon'ble CIC has quoted section 8(1)(d)

So much for the intelligence and knowledge of Hon'ble CIC.
Further, the information is before Hon'ble Parliament through CAG report and CAG has published the information in its annual report also. All these facts were brought to the notice of Hon'ble CIC but then the Babus are Babus.....God Save the CIC...
