The appellant has sought the following information:
1. How much land and how many rooms are required to get Class 10 recognition from CBSE for the School in Urban areas.
2. How much land and how many rooms are required to get Class 10 (for girls only) recognition from CBSE for the School in Urban areas.
Grounds for Second Appeal
The CPIO did not provide the complete information.
Observations:
Based on a perusal of the record, it was noted that the CPIO vide letter dated 20.09.2018 guided the appellant to the website of the CBSE where the requisite information relating to Guidelines for recognition is available. The FAA vide order dated 12.11.2018 concurred with the CPIO’s reply. It is pertinent to mention here that the CPIO Delhi had provided the reply on time. However, the Commission cannot lose sight of the fact that the delay in reply occurred due to the delayed transfer of the RTI application by the RO Allahabad.
Observations:

In view of the submissions of the CPIO, the Commission finds no scope for any intervention in the matter. The Appellant has not availed of the opportunity to plead his case or contest the CPIO’s submissions. The Commission accordingly upholds the submissions of the CPIO. No further action lies.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
