1- What is the work load (DATA) in Points of all Post Offices under Accounts Office, Giriyak, Nawada Division? Provide copies of same.
2- Whether amended TRCA has been enforced? If not then by which time now it will be enforceable.
3- Who are the officers/employees responsible for not following rules and details of action been taken against them?
Grounds for the Second Appeal: Incomplete and false information has been provided.

Appellant: Mr. Nawal Kishore Sharma through VC (M): 08877857047
Respondent: Mr. Deepak Kumar CPIO’s representative through VC
The appellant stated that he had asked for information regarding the implementation of amended TRCA but proper information has not been provided. The CPIO’s representative stated that they have written to the postal inspectors for collection of data and on receipt of the same the TRCA will be calculated in their office. The appellant requested that copy(s) of the letters sent to the postal inspectors should be provided and he should also be allowed to inspect the relevant file(s)/records. The CPIO’s representative agreed.
Decision notice:
The CPIO is directed to provide the copy(s) of the letters sent to the postal inspectors for compilation of data and also permit the appellant to inspect the relevant records relating to his RTI application dated 16/07/2012 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The appellant should be allowed to take photocopies/extracts therefrom, free of cost, up to 20 pages. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
