DECISION
5. The Commission finds that both the PIO and FAA have displayed total ignorance of the provisions of the RTI Act. Section 4(1)(b)(x) of the RTI Act clearly lays down that all public authorities shall publish among other things details of “monthly remuneration received by each of its officials and employees”. We accordingly direct PIO to provide the information sought by the appellant within one week from date of receipt of the order. The appeal is disposed of.
