Comment: The circular of the Registrar of Karnataka State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (KSCDRC), Bangalore, to all the District Forums in the state not to entertain any complaints against the Public Information Officers is completely wrong. It is denying the consumers right for an alternate mechanism of redressal. Perhaps, the RTI Foundation can bring this to the notice of the Supreme Court and get a ruling.
