Detail Information
Shri Mata Prasad Late Shri Vacharam, VillageKarbhana, Post-Dhandhupura, Agra is a terminated employee from the Horticulture Branch, Archaeological Survey of India and he is prejudice with the officers of the A.S.I. He had asked the information regarding appointment of Garden Attendant in Archaeological Survey of India from the CPIO. The information has already been provided to the CPIO, Horticulture Branch to Shri Mata Prasad. Instead of this he filed appeal dated 04.05.2017 before the CIC, on hearing such appeal, the CIC was kind enough that all information were provided to the applicant by all CPIOs and if final order has been passed vide 30.06.2017.
As desired by you, I am submitting the above facts with the request that kindly direct to Shri Mata Prasad who is a terminated employee of Horticulture Branch, Archaeological Survey of India and deliberately concealed the facts from the authorities of the CIC. He appealed to Director General, Archaeological Survey of India instead of the Appellate Authority of the Horticulture Branch. He knowingly sent the appeal to the machinery and to create the complications. He was provided information in time every time by speed post and maximum information received by him through RTI from the Horticulture Branch.
In addition to above, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the information collected through RTI by Shri Mata Prasad are being used to blackmail and harass the officers for his ill wishes. When, he did not succeed in his motto, the he manufacture the fraudulent and baseless complaints against the officers and submits to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and higher authorities to malign the reputation of Horticulture Branch.
The Hon’ble CIC has already warned to Shri Mata Prasad to refrain from misusing RTI Act and harassing the authorities for no rhyme or reason and also advised to stop filing such infructuous application in its final order CIC/ALSOI/A/2017143727 dated 10.08.2017. Even then, Shri Mata Prasad disobeyed the orders of the Hon’ble CIC and continued the same practice of misusing the RTI and harassing the officers on the basis of information collected through RTI.
On the basis of above mentioned facts and figures. It is requested that, kindly direct to Shri Mata Prasad to stop the use of RTI information to make the false complaints. So that, the valuable time of the Hon’ble CIC and Government machineries as well as Government money could be saved.
3. The Commission after perusing the details finds that sufficient information was provided to the appellant but for the reasons best known to him, he is still not satisfied. The Commission cautions the appellant to desist from such kind of abuse to the RTI Act and stop harassing the public authority and the Commission. The abusive and repetitive RTI applications could be rejected in the public interest and to secure the interests of genuine RTI seekers. Disposed of.
