The appellant Mr. Onkar Nath is present. The Public authority is not represented by any officer.
2. The appellant submitted that the respondent officers did not give domicile certificate to his daughter within reasonable time. He was made to visit their office a number of times as he was refusing to bribe them. He was harassed by them. He further submitted that he was not supplied with all the information requested for even after the FAA order. After the issue of the FAA order dt. 9112012, they supplied only half information, that too after the prescribed time limit. Therefore, the appellant submitted that the penalty should be imposed on the respondents for the delayed information.
3. In view of the above, the Commission directs the CPIO to show cause why penalty cannot be imposed for delaying the information which resulted in the suffering of the appellant. His explanation should reach the Commission within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. The case is accordingly disposed of.
