FACTS:
1. The appellant had asked eleven questions in respect to security guards and various other aspects. Since there was a doubt about name, it was once stated as Tapas Sen and on another occasion he had mentioned as Tapas Sarkar, the CPIO had sought correct identification. The appellant did not respond till now.
Decision:
2. The officer stated that the eleven questions are aimed to irritate an officer who was an ex-serviceman in 2012. There is no information sought for. In the absence for specific request for information, the appeal cannot be entertained. Disposed of.
