The appellant through 08 queries had sought information about Mr. Man Singh Patel employee no. 057584 Technical Assistant. He had asked copies of education certificates of Mr. Man Singh, approval given to Mr. Singh for doing graduation, post graduation, LLB etc., name of wife mentioned in his service book, details of kids education mentioned etc.
Grounds for the Second Appeal: Satisfactory information not received.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present
Appellant: Mr. Ram Pratap Singh appellant’s representative through VC
Respondent: Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra CPIO’s representative through VC
The appellant stated that Shri Man Singh Patel and his wife are both public employees and have only one child but both are claiming fee reimbursement separately from their respective employers in violation of the rules and added that he has documentary evidence that the wife of Shri Patel is claiming fee reimbursement from the state education department. The appellant further stated that he also wants copies of the attendance record of Mr. Patel for the period 13/05/2011 to 30/09/2011. The CPIO’s representative stated that he will provide copy of the attendance record as aforesaid and will also go through the documentary evidence provided by the appellant and in case it is found that Mr. Patel has claimed fee reimbursement for the same child for which his wife has also claimed the benefit the information will be provided.
Decision notice:
As agreed by the CPIO’s representative the information as above should be provided within 15 days from the date the appellant submits the evidence as aforesaid.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
