Appellant: When an Enquiry Officer had accepted in his report that he was clear and had no allegations, how he was found guilty and punished? CIC: For redressal of his grievance, the Appellant is advised to approach an appropriate forum     Right to Information Act 2005    Information regarding action taken by Director, Doordarshan Kendra, with regard to appellant’s promotion - CIC: PIO erred in endorsing the RTI Application to Radio Kashmir, Srinagar without invoking Section 6(3); PIO directed to be careful in future     Right to Information Act 2005    Appellant sought information regarding the action taken on his complaint – CIC: Complete & correct information has not been provided - CIC took a serious note of this lapse & counselled the PIO to be more careful in future so that such lapses do not recur     Right to Information Act 2005    Copy of the receipt given to the department of C.
